Ladybird Voice Solutions manage all aspects of Telephony for a Printing and Stationery business based in Hertford.
The customer originally operated from two sites using BT Featurelines but as the business developed, the need to centralise operations became more and more important.
Ladybird supplied and installed a suitable Telephone System solution and managed the porting of various key telephone numbers, terminating them all within the head office in Hertford.
The customer now has a modern telephone system that caters for all of the members of staff’s needs, providing customers with options that help to steer inbound callers to the correct department and without an excessive number of line rentals to pay each month.
The implementation of the system has helped to improve customer service and call handling, with customers now able to call a single number for all services.
